It was a Monday finish at TPC Sawgrass as THE PLAYERS saw it’s three-hole aggregate playoff end with Rory McIlroy capturing his second win of 2025. It was also his second PLAYERS title, which puts his already Hall of Fame worthy career into unique company. We talk about the playoff, how JJ Spaun was never able to get it going, Scottie Scheffler’s struggles to get things going this season, and where guys like Max Homa and Viktor Hovland sit after poor performances.
